Re: Loan players.

On fishy site now, Luke Simpson & Craig Rodden have both left the club - hope Jack Rose is fit again or Dawbs will be facing Bury with no cover on the bench!

I was meant to post that as a reply to AccyMad's comment but got distracted for a quarter of an hour and didn't bother checking if anyone else had already commented. :hidewall:

Re: Loan players.

Anthony Barry not good enough for us anymore, wasteful extension of a loan deal. Hasn't played with us since Portsmouth and he's not LEAGUE standard....another bad move by "Super Johnny Coleman"

I am sorry but please provide us with some further insight as to why anthony barry isnt league standard?

there are lots of good clubs in the conference who pay better wages than some league teams; because a player drops into the conference does not mean they are finished.

Brett Ormerod ring a bell?

Well said lots of good players out of league football, Barry not had a run in the side for different reasons but is a good squad player and sure won,t let us down if called upon.

Yes, Davo, except Mr.Barry can't actually appear to be able to hold down a place at Forest Green Rovers.
So he's not good enough for the Conference, but fine for Stanley, is that what you're saying? Or are Stanley merely acting as a fitness club now for other teams?
