Btw was Beattie under investigation with the FA thus his mutual resignation??

Just a grapevine ;) ;)

Accymad - I'm sorry darling! I'll get you a pint in pub Saturday at 2.45pm

No worries Ash - but make it two halves, I am a lady after all :)

Quite frankly I don't care why Beattie left because he is gone but if you wan't to make it public feel free. Give up on the Coley worship it's like the emperors new clothes with you.

If you can't see how honking we are in some games and aren't able to change it then you must be dafter than you sound. I want to be reading about us challenging for the playoffs not that we've go two new washing machines and a dryer even though they are much appreciated :D.

And as for the Messi question yes we probably would complain but only because we played him at centre half and didn't notice he couldn't play there for three games.

It's not an impossible headlines thread we need it's an inane drivel thread then the Moderators can move most of your posts there out of the way.

Yonmon was right this is starting to take over nearly every thread that's started. No wonder the board is going to pot.

There used to be a radio presenter many years ago called Jimmy Sanderson who had a football phone in show in the days before live TV. Any time someone came on talking nonsense he would say to them "caller, were you at the game" and if the answer was no they were treated with disdain because it was obvious they didn't know what they were talking about.

Now let's get back to talking football and can we get that ignore button fixed!!!!

Correction: AsFc62 was right ;)

Nae luck Ash, see Yonmon's post on the AFC Wimbledon thread from early this morning. He beat you to it :D. But yes you are right and so is Chimer especially with the point that they have both done good things for the club however neither are perfect.

Lets get behind Coley and the team now as he is the man in the hotseat and we are still in a good position in the league but let's do it without the blinkers.

Now let's end this and move on to the AFC Wimbledon thread and keep it football and sensible.

I echo that with all my heart Ash, but somehow I don't feel comfortable with your optimism regarding a change of heart amongst the usual suspects !.....the term "a false dawn" comes easily to my mind, but we shall see what gems they produce !.

I am all for free speech, though je ne suis pas Charlie, but where can I find this button if you know who gets much more exasperating?

Well well well!!!!
You lot sound like a group of "Grumpy Owd Codgers" arguing about the latest price increase for a cup of tea
in the 'Old folks Centre'.......:boxing_sm:spank::knife::whack:

Isn't it time you just all stopped arguing and got your priorities right.....:stop:
What happened in the past is gone....
What happens from now on is the way forward........

I prefer to remain 'Naive' about the workings of the club behind the scenes and I much prefer to direct my enegy in a positive
way in supporting the club at matches.:alright:

Mr relationship with my Beloved Stanley is like a Marriage....:mar:
"From this day forward;
for better, for worse,
for richer, for poorer,
in sickness and in health,
to love and to cherish,
till death us do part".:wub:

Call me an idiot for not wanting to delve into the historical reasons for what has happened regarding changes of manager etc. but I prefer it this way then it doesn't cloud my romantic vision of "Accrington Stanley, the club that wouldn't die".:theband:

To summarise then....it's simple .... PLEASE STOP BICKERING:signthis:
Be positive ladies and gents and lets move forward with the famous STANLEY:Banane59::Banane59::Banane59::Banane59:
ON STANLEY ON:wave8::signbeer:
