Yes and the closest station is Norbiton but the line is closed at Wimbledon so replacement buses. I plan to get the train to Kingston and a 131 bus or walk if the traffic is bad. It's only just over a mile and a relatively straight road

Not quite. We are visiting family that weekend so staying in Stevenage. Strange that things worked out that way with Accy in London :D.

Ha ha! I used to do the same trick with my Sheffield daughter and family for Stanley games in Chesterfield, Nottingham and Hucknall even.

The last time I saw a Stanley defence deal with Akinfenwa effectively was when Toto was man marking him for the whole match, maybe a good tactic on Saturday would be to let either Tom or Rob stay tight to him, besides it would give Coleman the opportunity to scream one of his favourite instructions if they decided to wander away from him. I wonder if anyone could guess which instruction that would be... :P

I've just heard from Wimbledon that the bar at the ground will be open to away fans. Last time I was there it was a good sized bar and cheaper than the pubs round about. :drink:

Yes, I found that apart from one idiot who we had been talking to before the game but was drunk after it and was a pain. All clubs have got one of these I suppose.

Great day out last time I was there because we beat them 2 1 and I think Murphy scored a cracker of a goal. Sky tv had Wimbledon winning 2 1 in the bar afterwards as well which was funny.

Time to head off now so hopefully it will be on and be a lot better than last week.
