Re: Former Players!
They put a loan fee on his head.
They agreed it we didn’t. It’s the £200k Andy’s been referring to on Twitter. |

Re: Former Players!
Thought as much - does it not amount to covering his wages? Or did they want that as well?

If true, that's an absolute disgrace. |
Re: Former Players!
Let's move on. I think Ross Sykes will be every bit as good as Jimmy Dunne. It would have been unfortunate if Dunne had returned to us - and relegated Sykes to a place on the bench. I think it's now time to allow Sykes to develop as our own player.

Poor old Burnley were one of the ten or so Premier clubs that would have made an operating profit even if every home game had been played behind closed gates. The Premier League Inc. has reached the point where fans at a game are no longer necessary. |
Re: Former Players!
Every loan deal is different;
It's basically down what the loaning club wants and ASFC accepting these terms. ASFC have have brilliant deals ( with a very popular player) and some not so good details when we've slightly "panicked". Yes clubs can dictate a player pays by increasing the amount of money we have to pay ( sort of a fine) |
