Andy Holt has been on twitter posting before & after pictures of the area behind the Clayton End with references to Hyndburn Council & cryptic quotes about “dealing with unreasonable people”
Wonder if things are not going too well with the planning applications……………. |

Well if ones being unreasonable, they should remember,that can work both ways.:rolleyes:especially if yeh happen to have a business.

I would guess it's more to do with speed. Council commitee's don't exactly rush.
