Dan did state that players who don't have a club can still be signed so maybe that's an indication if Coley still wants a striker!

hard to imagine a decent striker at our level is still without a club.

If you count the 3 players out on loan we now have a squad of 30 players whilst I agree we need a good striker 31 players is too many I think when you need to keep a happy dressing room too many players sat in the stands picking up a wage for not playing can create an unhappy environment we have plenty of numbers but have we got enough quality in depth.

Was just thinking the same, Andyd, after listening to Professor Coleman's comments on the performance against Crewe.

I still find myself asking why so many quality players leave the club so easily, I am sure it is not just a money problem. Maybe we need to ask the question?

Re: 2016/2017 Squad ......Signings

I'm sure the lads who have left all had their own valid reasons, probably all different - I don't think it would do anyone any good to try & unearth whatever those reasons were, we all need to get 100% behind the lads we have now at the club - no use looking back & wondering, we need to concentrate on the here & now not the what ifs

Am damn sure most have, end of the day football can be a very short career, people have got to do their best for the families or themselves, unless they happen to be braindead, not rocket science.

Are you agreeing that Sean Mconville was right at the time of making his decision to move to Stockport?
