i,ve always been one who likes a side to have a good defence and i think we have. was very impressed with omar beccles at halifax. nothing worse than having to score 3 goals just to get a draw. the great brian clough used to build his sides from the back and thats good enough for me.

I know Nathan Webb is in Holland in a tournament with the youth team so presuming one or 2 of the other first years are too who arnt in the photo!

I think I will print myself a copy and take it to the first couple of matches so I can put names and numbers to faces rather than keep saying to myself, "Oh, that's another 'New Bloke' playing down the left!" etc.....!

Doubt we'll get anything Cashy, he was out of contract -.hope the club didn't pay for his trip to Portugal, they should ask for a refund!! So mad at the way this has happened - both at Buxton & Cook

I've kept my powder dry for years because I don't slag-off Stanley players but that's the best news I've heard in weeks.The most overrated player ever to pull on a (very stretched) Stanley shirt.

Overweight, out of condition, injury prone, constantly out of position, free-kicks time and again lumped over everyone for a corner.

Good riddance says I.
