Eagles was brilliant for Burnley, he joined Bolton along with Coyle but never really hit the heights again. Had a couple of spells with Charlton and Bury but aparently had some personal problems which has halted his career.

Im sure he can still turn it on for us :)

i thought april 1st. had come early when i saw chris eagles signing for us. agree with the others as he was top guy for burnley a few seasons ago. probebly not helped his career signing for bolton in the last few seasons as they are trying their best to copy the blackpool blueprint.

Assuming John O'Sullivan does return that means a squad of 28. Now who would be your picks for a starting 11 and 7 subs and what formation would you play?

hard to say outback as we haven,t seen a ball kicked in anger yet. trust coley and jimmy to get it right. hope we start with what was the regulars last season first though.

As good as eagles is, I would be surprised if he starts today having only trained with the team once.

Of course if he does and has a blinder I'm more than happy to be wrong about this :D

Im assuming the likes of Webb, Goulding and Hazeldine might be loaned out again to get more experience? So that takes us to 25.

Never seen a squad as big, that's for sure !

Still maintain John O Sullivan is the best attacking midfielder I have seen in a Stanley shirt( in the last seven years )
Can play anywhere!!!,hope he signs,would be a unbelievable steal if he does
