Speaking of which, I was thinking how nice it would be to take Er indoors on a surprise jaunt to Mansfield tonight. It's all ticket isn't it? Can away tickets be bought down the blower today does anyone know?

3 points will be a brilliant result. Mansfield are on a good spell at the moment. but we can beat these teams. This is what makes me so passionate when we lose.

A few years ago when animal skin coats were an acceptable and expensive form of attire. I bought her indoors a donkey jacket. she just started speaking to me again last week.

Seems like a very 'safe' team selection, with the exception of the keeper this could have been our starting 11 for the first game of the season. Coley lost faith in the new signings?

Don't see why Rodgers was dropped to bench he's been the best player for us the last few games by far, if anyone should of been dropped its hughes

Interesting team selection. Reverting to the known knowns.
If it comes off, Professor Coleman will be a hero.
If it doesn't there's one match less to try and get a squad, with up to six loanees, playing like a team.
Wonder if clearance for Snr. Sousa didn't come through?

Think our boys gave absolutely everything tonight.
Almost pulled off an amazing & unexpected victory over promotion contenders.
Like Cashy, would have been happy with a point before the game, but we surely deserved all three after scoring 4 goals away from home & leading until the death.
We just can't seem to get a break at the moment.

Think we would all have snatched anybody's hand off for a point before the game, shame we couldn't hang on & come home with all three points but can take satisfaction from the fact that Mr. Evans was given a shock & I think he'll be the one who's the most disappointed. Well done lads & roll on Saturday :)

What is unbelievable is the stats. How on earth can 10 fouls in a match result in 6 yellow cards? Having witnessed some of the worst refereeing decisions this season, surely the powers that be must take a critical look at what's going on. I wasn't there tonight so can't really comment, but I'm willing to guess that this wasn't a dirty game worthy of 10 bookings!

We absolutely battered them. I think they were a poor side that let us play, but play jolly well we did.
Could have had another 3 or 4 goals but just let them back in. Rodak was at fault for the second. Stuck to his line when it was easy to step out and catch the cross. No idea about the penalty. Think Beckles may have let his man go for the first. Their last was just a great shot.

Kee had a very good second half, Clark an excellent first hour. Brown was lively. Sean and Seamus both had very good games.
