Yeah, I understand for their home games as they don't want to line Oyston's pockets but if it was us don't think I'd be able to resist seeing us play at Wembley

clubs share some of the gate receipts at wembley but away games the club meaning oyston gets nowt. they,ve been there before but it will be our first time if we ever get there.

little off topic i know but for the statto,s out there apart from us which of the 92 present teams in the premier, championship or football league have never played at wembley even when they were non league.

Newcastle would have banked 55% of the equal share given to all PL clubs last season, that equates to around £21m

Next season they give up their 45% share - £17m

The system for dishing it was that Championship clubs shared 80%, L1 shared 12% and L2 shared 8% ... our share would be around £60k

I just assumed it was the same throughout the leagues but obviously to a lower degree
