Against the grain . . .

. . . . .but will be routing for Exeter this afternoon, nothing against Blackpool - would just prefer they stay in league 2 so we can have another cracking away day/weekend next season - purely selfish I know but come on you Grecians!!:)

P.s. Darren England is the ref so anything could happen, you'd think they'd have a decent one for the final

Agree totally, AccyMad, even though Exeter is one of the closest (!) games for me.
But the Grecians are already one goal down.

Captain Aldred has been subbed. Took a knock on the bonce earlier but eventually had to go off.

On the plus side, its more money for Stanley going into the non parachute payment pot ;)

I'm guessing here, Macca, but does that mean the 'parachute payment' that would have gone to Blackpool for being relegated last season is now divvied up between the rest of League 2?

I took it that he was joking as there are only parachute payments for those relegated from the EPL. EFL clubs only get a share of the unused ones where the team gets promoted to the EPL again.

Edit
It appears that there are now parachute payments in the EFL but only for a year and they are pitiful so makes no difference. Unless it changed again

The ones who went or those who stayed away?? I understand their feelings but why wouldn't you want to support your team at Wembley - don't get it
