that cannot be true as they have one of the greatest thinkers the game has ever known as their manager, paul lambert.

The subtle difference here mate is that this is the January window.
Not many clubs below a certain standard will invest in fees for players at this stage in the season - they will maybe take in loans and then re assess the situation at the end of the season.
Unless you're Preston and awash with cash.
I don't believable we got the asking price for Jackson but the money received could not be refused and there was no point having an unhappy player for the whole season.
His body language and performance against Gillingham answered that.
Every player has his price I know.
Which players do you think of ours are going to attract big money attention in this window ?

Maybe somebody not getting game time might be enquired about but don't think anyone will leave.

Is this the major Ripley rumour spreading like wildfire ?

You've flip flopped 28. At one stage you were saying as a 'cure all' to keep your better players , all you need to do is put a 'ridiculous valuation ' on them so it's 'simples'........

........Now, in your latest post (no.93) you're saying well actually it's a bit more complicated than that
i.e. it's a January window, certain clubs may or may not have the money, players who've become unsettled /body language and finally every player has his price.
In other words there are loads of variables where a club can end up losing players. Seems to me, at last, we are on the same page.

You need to get your contacts to listen more!;)

3 in soon; 2 out; Zehn to Conf North and Andy Scott extended to Stalybridge.

Good night

From the man who said Charman was staying ?
What’s the response to Cashy’s post ?
Great news about the arrivals. Hope there’s a centre forward in there.

was not on the bench last night so unless injured something is going on. out of the 3 in then 1 will be a keeper, the other a replacement for the rotherham lad and the third a left back. doubt we,ll see an experianced new player upfront.

Im assuming Maxted was always going to start last night regardless of the Ripley situation..... But fingers crossed for another keeper !

That's a major blow if Ripley leaves.

Again you have to feel sorry for Coley because I think he chased him a long time.

That's the loan market problem though you're always beholding to the parent club.

Three weeks for John to weave his magic.
