Burnley,s match at Aston villa called off 2 hours before kick off feel for fans who have travelled just come home from the Midlands and roads are busy someone has to make a decision these kind of postponement,s are ridiculous.

actually from the fans point of view the government taking action is the best option. saves a situation the burnley fans had to suffer yesterday not happening. its the fans that suffer the most with a day to day approach and last minute cancellations. the reason why i never buy tickets for anything apart from on the day of an event. saves having to go through the hassle of getting your money back.

know cases are going up every day but it does seem a little odd how quickly they went up amongst the premier league clubs. they are willing to play much weakened sides un cup competitions when it suits them. at least leeds did not make the virus an excuse with all the injuries they have calling off last nights game. being the televised game that may have helped their decision though.

And astonishingly five of the top six in league one managed to get their games played. Points on the board over games in hand any day.

Premiership vote to continue playing saying if you have 13 fit players plus a goalkeeper you must fulfill your fixtures, expect the EFL will follow suit.

Well with the government seemingly leaving risk to the individual the sensible decision especially if you are older or vulnerable is to stay away from crowds.

Nor have the government, FA, EFL or Premier League.

Like I've said blind leading the blind Scotland making an announcement this afternoon on large events odds on they'll follow Wales and then it will be us behind closed doors might just finish a lot of fans interest including mine.

Don't want a PPG scenario again it will make all the effort on and off the pitch seem in vain if that happens, a big help would be IMHO would be to reduce isolation when positive down to perhaps 5 days would help all walks off society not just football.

Believe me I do what is bugging a lot of fans on other forums are teams citing injuries has well as COVID since when have games been cancelled for injuries stinks of malpractice if you don't fancy your chances in a particular game. Needs clarification that the 13 plus a keeper that's required to play can come from anywhere in the squad.

again you cannot beat the system but you can use it. imagine a lot of fans will be happy also if there team is in freefall playing one who are the opposite. can be a case of not who you play but when you play sides that matter the most.

people often forget this wasted cost. if stanley had to do an overnight stay for a game plus fans travelling early for a postponed game its a big loss for everyones budget.
