What's the weather like up there ? Do I invest me tenner or are you likely to be under a ton of snow - weather map a bit vague.

Would play Colby personally, but do agree we need to change things....

Bringing Smyth on with 30 to go and being 3 goals to the good will be a better option ;)

Have you played for us before?

Do you come from Merseyside?

Coly needs to be sensible now.
Get Nottingham off for Burgess if hes got a knock.
Get Sean off to save himself. Could easily gave been sent off. Get Rodgers on.
No need to chase anything now. Tight compact and on to the next one.

What a good game including Bristol Rovers part in it Baxter saving 2 sure goals blow losing Butcher hopefully just tweaked a hamstring or muscle maybe being cautious with conditions, a night maybe when we see more subs.

No - had some recent ones in FA comps abandoned past 80 mins and voided, but I have known refs blow up before minimum added time but past 90, and that always counts, like when the crowd are ready to invade the pitch at FT to give the players a head start. In Uefa comps they try to restart the day after at the same score for the remaining minutes.

Not sure it Gene Kelly or George Formby would be more apt today?

Well that was a great birthday present for my sixty ninth tomorrow!:thankya:
6-1 v Brizzle City..........Just brilliant!:theband:
Thank you very much to the whole team and to all of the management and staff from both clubs who helped Buzzer to get the pitch ready and to the referee for his patience.:mosher::mosher::mosher::mosher:
Some super performances from all of our boys so I am not going to single any one player out! Efficient, hard working and ruthless with only one defensive lapse.:theband:
Although it was good to see some of our squad get a second half run out it also highlighted how injuries can possibly cause problems this far into the season. I really hope that Butcher and Nottingham are not seriously injured.
A night to remember for all Stanley supporters......:wave8:

According to that letter the result was entirely down to The Gas’s poor performance. But, as Cashy wrote, they weren’t that bad.
At least Professor Coleman is decent enough to acknowledge when the opposition are better.
Still think it rankles particularly deep in the psyche of some fans (and maybe some owners, if 28 is right) of certain clubs when Stanley beat them.
