taking a gamble here and committing to this one early! never started one of these match threads so you’ll either be begging for my return if we win…. Or banishing me off to somewhere grim like Morecambe if we lose!

I’m guessing one change tonight in Kody for Seamus (or Butcher, but will probably be Seamus) - don’t think Yabs is fit enough just yet after his illness.

Hoping we are a bit quicker on the ball tonight than Saturday, wouldn’t mind another half like the first half vs Cambridge if we can manage to put the ball into the back on the net! Even if it ends up going in off Colby’s shoulder or Sean’s backside (now now those at the back!)

No football been played in the first half...
Aimless booting the ball up into the sky and running after it when it comes down from both sides !.
Maybe JC will rectify the situation for the next 45 minutes to come ?.
There are no excuses for these shoddy Stanley efforts so far.

Terrible performance. Doncaster fighting for their lives but winning 1-0 and we wait 85 minutes before making a change???

More defensive ineptitude.. all over now !.
Doncaster were abysmal.. Stanley were worse !.
No midfield.. No leadership... no urgency ...
I expect JC will find something of merit In the performance though.

Reds were well and truly beaten in spite of what the stats say.

( More gloom I know .. but that's all folks ,)... :cool:

We need a better balance in the midfield, we have too many similar players who all want to get forward and play-at would be striker. Very poor midfield balance, no proper link up play, just hoofing it forward and hoping. Very disappointed tonight with the team selection and performance.

The guy watching from Wycombe ahead of Saturday's game is laughing so much...he can't make notes for Gareth....:hehetable

Dreadful team performance. Doncaster deserved it for their fight in the last 20 minutes. What a waste of an evening.
