As far as I know we haven't got a definate time yet but I'm sure even if you can't get there for the start it won't matter as I reckon some of us may be glad to be relieved at some point.

Assembly point is Globe centre car park
Scaitcliffe st will be closed to traffic though so you will have to gain access to the car park by using Brown St and Richmond St

My lad who is "4ft 9" would be willing to don the Fraser the Eagle Costume but I fear he may be too small? Struggling on the Red Balloons but will keep trying, Is there anything else needed for the float?

Might be a bit late but try ebay for balloons - I bought loads of pink ones for my party and there were only a couple of pounds.
