Re: Accy Carnival float

thanks for all your efforts everybody.

We had a reasonably good turnout and made a good bit of noise as we wandered through the town. I thought it was great fun and am already looking forwards to the next one!

Next time remember to bring a stepladder so then we're not clambering up the side of the lorry - everyone else had a stepladder but us!!!!

Re: Accy Carnival float

I had a brilliant time! Danced the whole way round to the band with Lucy - we didn't stop and had a cracking time! Prob looked silly, but we certainly enjoyed ourselves lol. Was spotted by a few friends who I got phone calls from that evening, and I'm sure there will be people who take the mickey out of me (although nothing new there then...).

Thanks to all that turned up, and to Squadie Boy for escorting me around the fair - I couldn't walk on that muddy field with the shoes I had on Was absolutely shattered by the early evening and was literally falling asleep into my beer in the Oakleigh! What a really good day, and an absolutely brill weekend
