For me the player of the season has to have played nearly all the games in that season, that gives a short list of
Murphy, Winnard, Molyneux, Joyce, Boco, To me Molyneux stands out and gets my vote |

For the priceless combination of work rate, quality and character - Lee Molyneux.
I've no doubt that he'll have played his last game in a Stanley shirt come the end of the season but it's one of those cases where you hope he gets as far as he can in the game. So many talented players drift out of football after not getting their break when expected but to come back and start again is the mark of a class player. Well done Lee, fit in another hat-trick if you don't mind. |
