Which nine games would that be? Am I missing something or has someone done their math incorrectly?

It should say 1 point from a possible 9 !!! I think we should start with 442 to start just to make sure we don't do anything daft early on !! Then 325 2nd half hahahahaha

Re: Team for Tamworth

Lutel Mullin and Evil... If only..

To me its pefect.. Mullins game is to play with his back to goal most of the game as he gets the long ball and then lays it off to either Lutel or Evil then going forward for any return passes... We havent another player in the squad who can do this as good as Mullin does as far as I am concerned.

Because of the years of doing this together the perfect partner is Lutel. However i wonder if his days are numbered... Not because he isn't scouse.. thats a pathetic line of thought and very immature... Lutel has probably played more games for Coley than any other player and if you see them together they are very good mates. Nevertheless Lutel is no longer a regular which is a shame.

However if Mullin is the furthust forward then he has to get and hold and wait for players to come forward or to pass it back to them which of course is a little negative. We are used to Lutel making his run as Mullin gets the ball and already being in front of him when he passes.

One more point.... Get the ball in the box and Mullin will score... But who puts it in the box? RORY PRENDERGAST thats who.. He makes crosses when you think there isn't one... he makes more crosses than any player in the conference and thats backed by stats....

My front line would be
Evil where he played on his debut and impressed..... Forward Right
Mullin Forward center, Holding, layng off and scoring goals
Rory left wing.... Putting the ball in the box where it belongs.

Of course this is just thoughts... With our current one up front which I believe is being forced on Coley due to the players available.. This is just what i would like to see.. but who the hell am I... I couldnt run a football team... Coley and Bell can and I will applaud any team and formation they choose... I have 100% faith!

Re: Team for Tamworth

But Rory's out with a hernia. No point in taking the risk that he might make it worse before he has the operation.

Mully is a goal poacher, so he does need the ball coming into the box from out wide. So far me that means either playing Lutel on the right and Evil on the left which is a defensive 4-5-1 formation or pushing Jaggers out to the wide right where he has played before, Carvill on the left wing and Evil & Mully as the two big front men. A much more attacking 4-4-2 formation just it leaves the defence a little exposed with just Brannan in a holding role.

What has happened with Chris Butler who we signed on a non-contract basis? The news item has disappeared from the archive on the official site. If he's good enough to play for Liverpool reserves, I would have thought he would be good enough to fill in at left-back for us. We do need some stability in that position.

My team for tonight and next Monday would be :

Cav Flynn Gerrard Howson

Jaggers Craney Brannan McEvilly

Lutel Mullin

I believe, with that team we won't go far wrong.
But Kipax is right, Who are we to make the decisions.
