Re: XI -v- Macc???

I think we all agree with the Bav's/ Bouza situation.

Im just hoping Rafa doesnt recall him, as there is no way he will want him sat on our bench.

Re: XI -v- Macc???

Agree with outback ozzy , but one concern no one seems to have mentioned is the state of the pitch which dictates your tatics .
From the first minute on saturday it was obvious a long ball game was being played and challenge for the second phase in the oppositions end of the park and this worked for 20 minutes.
County changed there style to do the same and the basic pattern of the game changed as there two centre backs and two forwards out performed ours on the day.
If you try and pass the ball in your own half on a bad pitch you will make mistakes, ask phil edwards !!
Flynn and winnard at centre backs would be worth a go to give phil and kempo a break , they played together for two years and against better players than div 2

It's interesting to look back through Redash's clips of the goals in each game. The superiority of Boozer over Bavs cannot go unquestioned. Redraine asked the question several weeks ago - and the evidence is there in at least two different games. The other comment relates to the Fulham match.
