Can't really tell you much as I can't seem to find anything about a "Millenium special" bottling & as for it being a 12, it still is, only Whisky that is still laid in a Barrel ages further Jaysay, quite a lot of people are under the same misunderstanding of Whisky & aging.

Re: The spirit of Accrington.
If it is a special bottling it will be made quite clear on the packaging, stating somewhere or other "1 of 15,000" or "limited bottling" something along those lines anyway.
If it is the Standard but in a presentation package, it belongs to the Diageo plc group, check their site for more info, but according to the Malt Whisky file it has a rating of "7 for sweetness & 3 for Peatiness" & here's the blurb.
Colour - Amber with pale gold highlights. Nose - Quite light & delicate, medium sweet, grassy & hay-like with a soft smokiness: water gives red apples, honey & beeswax & some cereal notes. Palate - Medium-sweet with quite good body, fragrant, nutty with a heathery floral note, quite fresh & smooth with an oily oak unctuousness. Finish - Rich & enjoyable, if quite light, with a bit of spice Notes - D.o.b. (Distilleries own bottling).
But at the end of the day so long as you enjoy it, that really is all that matters.
Information taken from "The malt Whisky file" Fourth Edition 2007 John Lamond & Robin Tucek.

There we go we all learn something new.
Not being a Conning sewer of any form a spirits I can only tell you, if a 12 year old whisky ever comes into my house, it won't get the chance of reaching it's 13th birthday.
However, I do seem to age overnight after having such a treat, which reminds me, must put a pot of coffee on.

No Whisky last night.
Being on this healthy food kick, in actual fact I relapsed to drinking Cider last night, I'd dug up a recipe for Kidneys Marinated in Cider on a bed of rice.
It's that long since I'd done this meal I'd forgotten that the recipe only calls for two tablespoons of the stuff, so having opened the economy extra large container of white lightening I thought it would be a shame to let it go flat, ended up marinating my own kidneys and liver as well.

Thanks for that, sorry it took so long to answer but I must admit it made me a little over-confident and I tried both clicks at the same time.
Now borrowing my mates P.C. to answer you, could you tell me what does a blue screen with the words,
Windows fatal error mean?

Watch out for a Nori coming through your living room porthole.
