They told me it goes out again the next day automatically, this happened to us so now you have used up you`re 2 attempts of delivery..........so....well basically thats it...they won`t deliver again.....who the hell are they..? we`ve been getting deliveries for years and years with no problems and then these clowns come along and cause loads of problems......

Wel what a load of crap that is!!
It clearly says on their card that you can ring up to arrange re-delivery, nothing about it will automatically be sent out again the day after
We haven't had chance yet with the fella not getting in til after 6pm

We`ve had a delivery from them today( i say delivery, it was left in the shed) for one of our parcels after much foot stamping and getting the parcel sender involved in the argument but we were told there is no chance of them bringing the other parcel , we can whistle for it...!!!!!! even though they have been today anyway!!!
I hope this does`nt happen to you but that is what they told us and would`nt budge......that was their policy and thats it!!!! keep me posted.
Yeah, we know who the sender is as we only have 1 item being delivered, so if need be we will get them involved
This could be part of a serious scam. There were a few cases that I heard of where people were getting cards supposedly from a courier but there was no parcel at all. They had to phone a number on the card to arrange for delivery. The company would never tell them who the package or parcel was from but when they got their phone bill there was an astronomical amount for the phone call. The 'company' was making money from the phone calls.
I don't know what the name of the company was but was your one a well known reputable company or some cowboy firm you've never heard of? If the latter then it could be a similar scam.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have the name of the firm here. Local shops have been named on here so I can't understand why the mods have removed the name of this possibly dodgy company as it could be an important warning for others.
Sounds to me like this outfit need taking off the providers books. Am sure most decent senders will not be happy about their attitude. It stinks, thay are being paid to provide a service which at best can only be described as sub-standard!!
If it's the scam I was referring to there never was any parcel in those cases.

Don`t worry Willow....they are legit and i received just one of my parcels today...they just provide a very poor service and their attitude stinks , the bloke who owns the place spoke to the wife and was very offhand,smarmy and unprofessional he just would`nt listen, they were in the right and we were just idiots......
So looks like somebody was using the name of an existing company and creating a scam.
