Yes, like upgrading the capacity to 5,000 + so that the club can remain a league club. Oh and keep the promises of last season, new security post, cover over the coppice end etc etc etc

Don't worry, it will all be done "in the next couple of weeks"

lol.................................... money pay good people to do jobs than get free work after so long people/ fans get p off .

Apparently there's a piece in today's Accy Observer about the pitch being vandalised on Tuesday night, haven't got the paper yet & the story isn't on line - does anyone know anything about it?

Yeh kids had been on it down near the changing rooms looked like they had been playing football on it luckily not a lot of damage and it seems to be recovering well, the green patches are getting bigger every day and the middle of the pitch is now showing signs of growth, its a little further behind because off a lack of water due to the sprinklers not working properly but the three middle ones have now been replaced.
The lads doing the painting have now started painting the walls round the pitch ready for the new advertising boards going up,im up there next week sorting out the toilet facilities all round the ground, repairs are ongoing to the floor in the gents on the clayton end,the saftey barriers on the coppice end have had a coat of paint and hopefully all the rubbish from the concourse and carpark areas of the ground will be dispatched into skips.

Perhaps we could do with some sort of security cabin or cctv !!!

Just asking a question? is it possible to take a still photo from cctv? if so suggest sending a picture of these clowns to local media someone should recognise em wi any luck.

They have got some young knobheads on cctv, n handed it oer to police, i hope plod track down these scumbags. twas in observer.
Wpuldn't hold your breath about the plod acting on cctv eveidence. When I worked at Rishton Con some clown put the stewards back windscreen through with a fire extinguisher (all recorded on cctv), said tapes were passed to plod and nowt was done (even though he was clearly seen leaving the club with the fire extinguisher in his hands) Will wait the outcome of this incident with baited breath:rolleyes:

After returning to England, Burnley take on Accrington Stanley for their traditional fixture on July 27, before their pre-season programme is wrapped up against Stoke City at Huddersfield’s Galpharm Stadium on July 31.

L.E.T. Clarets pre-season!!
