who dya think ya are dave- me?
yave aged well jen, never thought ya were gone 60.The only one i can think of is the Rising Bridge Working Mans Club and that was on Hazel Street but it was at the top it closed in the early 90's. Its now a house. Never heard of one across the road from Hollands. There used to be a shop and then the row of cottages and bash methodist church across the road from Hollands, and on the same side as hollands there was a shop at the end of the row of houses.
does spug know?now think i vaugley remember a boozer being there, from childhood. that could be the one she means.?Was it at the top of Alliance street that one. Theres a house there with a beehive on it.
