The Plough on Fielding Lane Ossy reopens on Thursday 25th August.
The bar manager is my stepgranddaughter's boyfriend and from her I have been told that the bar staff have uniforms and customers are required to adhere to a dress code - so no hoodies and track suits etc. allowed.
so Jaysay, don't make the effort to get up the hill - they won't let you in![]()

The add on seems strange, why is HBC at fault, if they didn't know the licencing requirementsThe Plough have just announced this on their facebook page
"Due to an oversight with a minor variation to a premises license we cannot open to the public for another 2 weeks as per Hyndburn Borough Council. Although this is a blow to us, and you our customers it gives us even more time to train our staff and iron out any small bugs.....Hang in their Folks, it will be worth the wait. NB If anyone wants to complain to the Council on our behalf please feel free!!!"
