White Lines

Has anyone noticed the solid white lines at the top of New Lane on the bends, I think whoever did them snorted a white line just before.
 
i have seen they have missing some out at the new roundabout. From New Lane way it looks like 2 lanes at the roundabout - I think the little right hand one should be hatched
