She should have been chuffed that they thought she looked so young - but Neil she didn't have to look as young as 17, just 20. 'If you don't look 21 you will be asked to prove you are over 18'...

You may have misread the notice. It is likely to be one which says that if you do not look over 21 you may be asked to produce ID to prove that you are over 18. I know it sounds a bit odd but those...
