Yep just updated eveything and AVG has sorted its .bin file out so all is well again:D:D

if you have AVG set to auto update your going to get that everytime it try's to get the update untill there is a new update that has the .bin file in it
its not spooky its part of AVG telling you...

it should be ok after the next update if AVG do it right
you dont need to reinstall AVG as the problem was with the antivirus update manager
so it should be ok later if up update then they should...

Yes everyone that does an update will have this problem its not you its AVG update that has missed a .bin file out of the update.
