You can ignore most of it, if you`ve right clicked the link, the target will be highlighted.
Also works with links in the forum, so if someone hides the link by saying click this link...

It goes without saying that if you in any way suspicious of a link, then do not click it. But if you want to check where a link is actually going to take you, then if you right click on it and choose...

Never knew there was a limit, bit daft if you ask me. A bit of time unsubscribing from the legit ones is well worth it. 60-70 a day would do my head in.

60-70 a day is still a lot. If they are legit companies sending you offers etc. there will be an unsubscribe button somewhere (usually near the end of the email). Any dodgy ones you can mark as spam...
