Nope; certainly no capitulation! Merely a temporary pause. I was starting to feel that the exchange of thoughts was reaching stalemate.

Sorry, Jimbo. Not sure I agree with that. The "committed" probably see the website, the messageboard, the match programme, and maybe a few games too.

How often do we read about "lack of resources", "shoestring budget" etc in these posts? Better business = better resources = ability to attract better players = better football.

I agree - but it IS an advert whether we like it or not, and whether it was intended to be or not. This is probably all that the non-committed will ever see of the business that is Accrington Stanley...

As so often happens, people are replying to what they think others have said without actually reading and/or thinking about what they have said. Those who complained about the bad language are not...

I have yet to hear any discussion or argument made more powerful by the use of bad/industrial language - whatever term we wish to use. I'm sorry, but when such language is used, it always seems to me...
