Neither you nor I know why the teacher was in the shop but what we do know is the pupils were showing a blatant disregard for the school rules. They have got to learn that they can't go through life...

Most of the local schools have improved damatically in the OFSTED ratings and what on earth compels you to think that it is a pupils right as to when they turn up for school?? The rules are there for...

Maybe they are trying to help before it is to late, these kids sure as hell have no chance if/when they start work if they can't grasp the concept of punctuality!!!

Not saying it is but judging by this thread the shopkeeper hasn't done herself any favours. But then again they say "any publicity is good publicity" so who knows??? Hope her sandwiches are damn good...

Don't know about Rhyddings but do know that at Hollins if you aren't in school on time you get detention. Having said that wouldn't mind betting that a lot of kids just wouldn't turn up for...
