Have just fired an email off to HBC's Enforcement Officer requesting a view of enforcement notice 85 - Black Dog pub, we will see if I get an answer on Monday. (will be very interesting)

Just been past Black Dog, and apart from a small wall there doesn't seem to anything like an erection, (if you'll pardon the expression) at the front.

I am pretty sure that anyone has a right to see an enforcement notice or anything else generated by the council
HBC did used to have a very helpful planning dept.
If you need any more info apply, by email, under the Freedom of Information Act. then they have to provide the data requested (unless it is private eg your asking how much someone in the council earns) within 30 days

As indicated in my previous post, have sent email off to the enforcement officer, will wait and see what happens.

Had a reply this morning indicating that HBC's Enforcement Officer was not aware of any enforcement notice on the Black Dog.:confused:

A little strange since the report was prepared for the planning committee by none other than HBC's Enforcement Officer. May be HBC have not served an enforcement notice, just identified that there is a breach of ...... ? in the report, and that the enforcement officer has visited site ???:confused:

The Tinker and Budget is opening again. When it shut all the regulars transfered to Ossy Social, I was in last night and one of the regulars is taking it on, don't know when its opening but they are working on it know. It appears that whilst its been closed someone's broke in and trashed it big style, ripped all the heating out (without turning the water off) took the led of the roof ect

I thought something was going on at the Tinker, there's been people hanging around it for a few days - probably doing the work.
