Come on -it takes a giant leap of imagination that "LABS" are good at AGILITY!!!!! Since when.....I'm an "Effing" Olympic Athlete - those that twirl ribbons around and do amazing things with hoola hoops;):D

Am thinking of going in for diving and competeing with Tom Daly...

The question said "can compete" in agility - didn't say they were any good at it. Eddie the Eagle competed in ski jumping even though he wasn't very good...

Was trying to go fast so didn't read that bit of the question -thought it was a trick question to be honest. I know two people who breed labs and they are definitely not an agility breed.

You have to be fairly agile.

Getting your snout up the skirt of a drugs courrier.

If you manage to get up under a burqa, you should really be up for a prize at Crufts.

:D

Bad day at the quiz - can't even remember doing it to be honest as today has gone by in a whirl.

Think it was before my cup of tea this morning which may explain my coming last:D

You do have such a way with words Dave!:D

Heard about the six foot odd burqua-clad terrorists who fled the UK after the July 7th bombings, on the Eurostar. A couple of agile "Labs" would probably have saved the day:rolleyes:

Thanks di i do try to wax lyrical, no pun intended with the wax and the hairy bits:D. As for the dogs a couple of pitbulls would be better for the terror suspects, but not for their hairy bits one thinks:D

Won't let me give you karma, made me chuckle - must do some spreading first apparently...

Am in debt and will send it later:D

The waxing could be a new tecnique open to the CIA, now that water-boarding has gone out of fashion, will suggest it to my contact with MI5!;)

Off to spread the word of Swami Jivan - should all be green karma though i read somewhere that violet stuff exists to0 -nice colour...

That ain't Lanky,it's American...

In Arnold Silcock's Verse and Worse, it is attributed to ANON [New York], and goes thus:

The Budding Bronx

Der spring is sprung
Der grass is riz
I wonder where dem boidies is?

Der little boids is on der wing,
Ain't dat absoid?
Der little wings is on de boid!

Prefer Dave's version -much more poetic:D
