I bet Tesco has said this in every town , village and city . They will create so many jobs , then oh we don't need that many now the shop s up .

No the council thought they were onto a winner and cashed in. Regardless of people whom have been running business' for years and generations. These people have made this town. A few back handers (MY OPINION), and about 5 years behind, does not redefine a once thriving, vibrant East Lancs market town.
