I still have a photo with me and the other woman on it and I am wearing the same sweater which gave me away for sure when the episode was shown. I just spoke to my wife, a rare event and she says the plumber was a Len Fairclough and the mate was Gerry Booth, strange how women remember all the soap episodes. My old girl was Sylvia and the other Kathy, strange how men always remember the women. By the way my wife (number two) wasn't either of the girls in the above post. |

Re: Coronation Street tram crash
Its interesting to compare the 2010 tram crash with the 1967 train crash in the same spot.
1967:- YouTube - Coronation Street Train Crash 1967 2010:- YouTube - Coronation Street - Tram Crash & Explosion (6th December 2010) Do you think the budget might have increased? :) |

Re: Coronation Street tram crash
Friday nights episode was a real tear jerker, and was excellently done. Especially Tyrone's gradual realisation at the graveside that baby Jack's real father was Kevin.
'It's you, isn't it? It is, it's YOU!' Terrific stuff, and wonderfully acted. |
