It's not convenient for mum's though so always fly to Tenerife Sur Reina now - 20 mins from mum's. Hope to be going soon for a bit of winter sunshine.:) |

Have since visited many countries by sea/ road/ rail including Greenland. Prefer the slower travel as it acclimatises you rather than dumping you at an airport with a whopping change of climate and jet lag. |

I can understand the concern about flying, however it is the safest form of transportation.
I would rather fly than go on a Italian cruise liner |
