So just to recap, that speed camera at the Palladium doesn't actually record the number plates of any speeding cars?

the thing is you never know when they will put a live camera in!! They tend to move them around, majority of static cameras are inactive most of the time but then they move the internal camera around them so you never know when its live or not!!!! Except for the outside the palladium last night of course!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

So it acts as a deterrent?

Just like the CCTV did at Jubilee gardens in Ossy when vandals dismantled the flower display....NOT.
