Oooh now thats a statement & a half now is it acceptable for a child to be forced into access with a violent psychopathic dad or better still a child abuser - because trust me thats happened & where a parent [notice im not gender biased despite my exp] has had to break an order in order to keep children safe. Theres kids i know forced access despite insumountable evidence that it shouldnt take place but because of all these rights nothing is being done!! Its not about I or ME or even WE its about the KIDS right, kids cost money whether absent parent sees them or not - that shouldnt come into it at all!!

Chav it works that way round more often than not, where violent partners abuse their kids access in order to carry out more violence IVE BEEN THERE!!

Something i have learnt chav is not to tarr everyone or situ's with same brush, dangerous place to be mate, i know yr situ & understand how u feel beleive it or not & im glad u have it sorted, women like that do insult us genuine mums as much as my x insults the very fathers that would do anything for their kids!

I hate these things, what about the genuine blokes who’s wives or girl friends **** off with some ****** without regard for them or the kids, not ever person who will be named and shamed would be guilty of refusing to pay, some can’t, some are paying for two families. All I am saying is it’s not always the blokes fault, all to often blokes are willing to pay a fair amount only to be sued for more and then have the indignity of being refused access to their children.

This is just another Labour scam to point the finger at others to cover up there own inadequacies in managing there own system’s. Yes there are two many getting away with it, but what will this solve, who’s going to bother? How will it make people pay up and stand by there responsibilities? How much more money is going to be wasted for another nil result.

yes mel but i did actualy say not all people are the same its just that there are a lot of devious women out there that will go to any lenghts to have a baby

not all fathers are god fathers i agree but it does yank my chain when every time this gets talked about the man is the one at fault and everyone pats each other on teh back in agreement

just like all fathers arnt good fathers there are motherer who arnt good mothers and in both cases they ruin it for each set of genuine people and teh biggest looser at the end of teh day is the kids

like i said in my first post i provide what i can for my children and what i provide in materialistic values gets outweighed buy the love i show them just like any other decent parent would

anyway iem gonna be late for teh pub

i have to agree with chav on that one, not ALL men are like that,the majority yes, but not ALL....if all men gave up as much time as chav does to see there kids and help out then the world would be a better place :)

Maybe if morals were still valued then it would solve a lot of problems - just a shame one parent has them mother or father as the individual case maybe!

I think there's probably a lot more than people think. There's a lot of dispicable sperm donors out there but they are probably a very tiny minority compared to those who do care about their children. Some men are even single parents themselves which comes a shock to society sometimes pmsl.

All I’m gunna say is.
If it was me that ran the risk of getting pregnant then I would make dammed sure that I don’t not unless I was really after something. There are many options that I could take to stop myself from becoming pregnant. I would not trust anyone else to take the precautions because it would be me left holding the baby when thing go wrong or perhaps I should say my parents would. :D

I’d been luck because all the women I have been with in the past had all been sensible and never got preggy. :)

i have a mate who brings 3 sons up on his own....he's as good as any woman at doing what he does, the kids are polite and well looked after

if a woman wants to get pregnant she will, no matter what,if she really wants to stop herself getting pregnant no matter what, she will.....i'm living proof of that, i have 1 son and never wanted anymore, no matter who ive been with over the years me not having anymore kids came first, ive always been extra careful both being on the pill and using something and ive never had a bloke say to me 'no i aint using one' its not just one party to be blamed for this, when it comes down to it its both :)
