Still illegal -I know a delivery driver who was fined for parking on 6 inches! of a 'zigzag'

I really don't think that watering the hanging baskets should be classed as necessary or important.

If they don' t water them and the plants die they would then be accused of wasting council tax money. Seems like they are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't:confused:

Ah yes Accyjay, but there were lots of complaints last year about not
watering the hanging baskets .. can't have it both ways ..LOL. Just noticed Bernadette's post.

Noticed lots of 24/7 'no waiting' restrictions from today coming into force around your area ..Livingstone Road to Talbot Road and Wyresdale Avenue, First Avenue, Second Avenue, Cleveleys road, etc., sorry, no scanner so can't enter. This is not going to make it any better for you I'm afraid .. as will be tempting to park on your pub car park. Suspect is being brought in to stop Stanley fans parking there.

i think its to stop kids running across the road.i think they should have painted it green to blend in with the plants;)we are now surrounded by grey fencing one at moorhead when others had theirs painted green.ill give it 2 months before somebody mangles it with a car like the rest next to the pelican crossing.
