Businesses will also want the Poles as they have no belonging to the compo culture that the English are massive fans of these days.

Businesses have done similar things for decades to make the most profit out of what they have, it isn't a new thing.

i have to agree with you on this one shaker
my own personal experience was not good
when i was on first buses they brought a load of poles over
now previous to this all the existing drivers were sloging their guts out doing overtime just to keep things running as soon as the poles arrived all overtime was reserved for them and not the existing drivers who had pulled them out of the proverbial
anyone who said anything was instantly disciplined and drivers were laid off left right and centre to make way for the poles
