Ya can't seem to get a decent spud pie anywhere now, I used to like Hollands but they are too watery, Green's used to be good too ,don't think they exist anymore.

Although they're not so big any more. Id still take an 'ollands pie over any of this Pukka or Shire muck thats floating about theses days.

I love Hollands pies!...but there is a place for eating them, but why do the meat pies taste better from a chippy on the way home from the pub with the juice dripping down your hand after a skin full lol

You cant beat cissy greens meat pies - they also do a spud one and they are nicer than hollands.

That would be quite handy to make yourself a pair of boots, I'll send some shorts and socks so you are properly kitted out :)

I can see it now ... in the dressing room at Turf Moor ... Jimmy Mac, Alex Elder, Dusty Miller, Bomber Harris et al stuffing Holland's pies into their gobs before trotting out onto the field:D
