Re: Hollands pies in Spain

I was talking about Cissie Greens in Haslingden. Its on Higher Deardengate next to the florist shop and TSB. Its been there years. They bake everything on the premises and theyre brilliant. Was the treat to get a cissy greens - hollands we could nab the drivers and get em off the back of the van in the morning anytime but cissys you had to go up haslingden for them. Oh and if i was lucky mum would treat me to a almond slice or an iced/chocolate bun with either a cherry on top if it was the iced one or almond flakes if it was a chocolate topped bun.
