It's good that she will want to maintain her own independence, It's when they don't/can't that you have a problem.

I am sure she will be fine now ........ Good luck with the recovery, and a speedy one.

Thanks everyone she has been up today but just to go to the toilet. Hope to see more improvement tomorrow.

Mum is being moved to Accy Vic some time today, it will make visiting a lot easier as the bus service to Royal Blackburn is terrible.

Your not kidding and is it just me or does anybody else think it is always cold up at Royal Blackburn? Standing at the bus stop there always seems to be a wind no matter how nice the day is:confused:

I don't believe it my grand-daughter has broken her arm in two places now. They have been to Accy Vic and now have to transfer to Royal Blackburn, does it never end?

Bernie, I have only just seen this thread......I am sorry to hear that your Mum has been in the wars....glad to hear that she is getting better.
I'm sure your grand-daughter will soon be potted up and OK too.
