He only ever talks about one person, obsessively

Makes you wonder what the rest of us have to do to get some attention :D

do all the councilliors get to have a biscuit and a brew in their expenses or do they have to pay for any extra brews and biscuits they may wish to drink.... its important, we need to know

When we are at meetings we do get to have brews but have to provide the biscuits ourselves. Nick Collinridge and I have taken turns to provide biscuits at Overview and Scrutiny meetings. I hasten to add at our own expense not reclaimed from expenses.

A cup of tea may save taxpayers money if you opt for the latter?

It is tap water. :)

Supporting Burnley may be a start.....If you had been subjected to his constant references to a past thread you would no doubt have reacted in the same way.
We cant all be as smart and worldly wise as you, now can we?

I know you were - it was a bit of a standing joke at Overview and Scrutiny why there were never any biscuits, so at a meeting earlier this year I brought some and Nick then brought some to the meeting last Monday. By the way we are still waiting for the Tory members to return the favour.
:D

I wondered where they came from. If I had known I would have had two.

to be fair i think its disgusting having a council tax rise this year, my budget has been cut in line with the projected deflation so i have to make savings and streamline even more... are the council not capable of this ?

can someone who sits on the council ask why we need an increase and why we couldnt have a freeze?
