I might be wrong though i am wrong sometimes not very often though:D:p

The only thing we have been told is that it cost £72.11 + VAT.

Anything else is pure speculation.

Perhaps he will put it on the "Pals" Memorial, after all hes a fallen hero.

I have to take issue with you on that one Cashy...he is fallen, but he is no hero of mine!

i have it on good authority that the medal is locked away in a safe. The council paid for it not britcliffe. He was told he couldnt have it as it was the leaders medal & he was no longer leader. He then asked if he could have an ex leaders medal . . ..... you can guess the answer

I think Mr Britcliffe should get a 'Chucked Out Of Council Meeting' medal.

No need for a medal now - the bruised ego now shines and glimmers for all to see.

I'll find out where it is but it was paid for using your taxes, dear prole.

I understand that Cllr Britcliffe is keen to keep it as a memento although frankly it seems as unlikely as 'his' desk being put into storage until he comes back as Leader. You have thought he'd have £86.53 spare to mint his own, wouldn't you?

I should take pity really. Since the election some councillors may be reduced to living off Smartprice beans.

They could always go & hang around in the market, begging bowl in hand & harass passing trade going into Coffebeanz. Just an observation mind. ;)
