I suppose 'success' is a term open for discussion, and it's definition moves along a sliding scale.

Still, as long as people think they've been a success, that's all that matters.

Everyone's a winner.

firstly i would like to apoligise if you had seen it that way, some off the threads were referring to you as male and some female, i asked out of respect, and both was a putting together off both, i dont do insults in public !!!

Perhaps they'll list the books they've published, so those literary types on here could purchase them, for themselves, or perhaps as a last minute Christmas present idea.

It was in a thread about a community art project.

My gender, or anyone else's, has absolutely no relevance to the debate.

Please message me details.

Thank you.

Margaret, I thought it was just me who had that problem......and put it down to my advancing years, brain fog and all that kind of thing, but now you have mentioned it too, I feel much better.

If you write books, it must be very hard to slip into the sort of english(language) errors that you make on the forum.
I am not into criticising spelling/punctuation or grammar, but a basic grasp of such things does make for making sense of the gist of posts....heaven knows it is hard enough on a forum to 'suss out' the nuances, the 'tongue in cheek' stuff without having to second guess at the meaning because the punctuation is lacking..
I'm with MargaretR on this one...trying to help.

The notion that people should conform to some 'acceptable norm' is abhorrent.

I have to say I agree with you there Margaret
