Sticks and stones etc! what a sad clique you are, first bit of opposition to your jaded views and you revert to type. Happily I'm under no obligation to interact with you and quite frankly your political naivety betrays your questionable intellects. Thanks for a revealing glimpse into the Accrington Web but its not for me I think, goodbye and good luck (missing you already)

The fact that you brand Accyweb a "clique" betrays your abysmal ignorance of this group and its members. In most ways, but particularly in political affairs, Accyweb is anything but a "clique". A range of views are on display here from dyed-in-the-wool socialists like Mancie, C'monstanley and Toffee Guy through to free market Tories like Jaysay and Boeing Guy, along with a whole host of political mavericks in between. This being the case, there are frequently intense and heated debates on here, which usually involve quite a bit of mickey taking (something that humourless, holier-than-thou types can never tolerate, as you've already proved).

So, because we haven't immediate fallen into line with your views and "woken up" as you've commanded us to, you're taking your ball and going home? Oh well, never mind, I'm sure you'll have lots of fun discussing the niceties of Marxist theory with your fellow believers. Farewell, comrade!

You think you are too good for us, when in actual fact we are too good for you.

Presumably due to your beliefs you only purchase goods to wear and goods for your home which have been manufactured and serviced by government projects. However, as a retired employer and owner of a small manufacturing company I emphatically refute such a wild statement. The truth would probably be that most of your purchases are made abroad, which makes you along with millions of others responsible for the demise of British industry with the resultant loss of jobs and skills which were passed down for centuries.
