There's a crap artist in Sweden, who makes furniture out of excrement. http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:A...RUGtbsudi4AUP1 Perhaps H.B.C. are planning to give her a residency in the Market Hall, as part of some community art project. Some might be sitting pretty, now they're in power, but I won't be parking my arse on any old crap. I'll just have to wait for this 'experiment' to end, and sit on the benches again...when they're brought back. |

PCSO's collecting fines for dog fouling, the money would then go to the courts and not HBC

Re: HBC have taken away the benches from outside the market
I love a bench in a town centre, seeing weary shoppers taking a moments break, Why does everyone have to suffer because the council can't come up with a solution to the yobs, there should be something in place to help these unfortunate's perhaps one of the empty shops could be used as a mentoring unit for anyone causing a nuisance, and the general public could help observe the council's, social workers and police people skills and see how much their hands are tied dealing with society's misfits
