Re: town hall illegal parking
While we're wandering :D, does anyone know if our town centre shops rent/rates have a fee incorporated for the "free parking" that our lovely town offers?

Ride past Wheat street and Grimshaw street on Blackburn Road around 13.00 every day and see all the cars parked on the yellow lines and on the pavement...not a warden or copper in sight...you can guess why....

Re: town hall illegal parking
The reason I posted this in the first place was to get a debate going and it seems to have worked. You may remember I challenged anyone from the town hall or council to comment but heyho it seems they are all on holiday, as we are all aware it seems that the colour of your skin means that you obey or disobey certain traffic regulations. Enough said, goodnight, by the way when was the last time you saw a young asian chap wearing a seat belt

Same answer to you that I posted to the wrong person the other day because I am an idiot. Have you just told us or reported to Police and made a complaint to [email protected] who will most likely try and blame Hyndburn Leisure |
