Is Accrington likely to flood?
Check out this site to see if your area is in danger of flooding.
Up here we seem to be pretty safe but the roundabout under the viaduct looks to be the focus of most of the water. Scaitcliffe House looks none too safe either. I wonder if PB & Co have got any dinghies.

Great selling point for flats - overlooking Accrington' flood plain!

Looks like I just miss out, the area around the viaduct and the dip in Church going down Henry St just about save me, But the Bridge Inn looks at risk, likely that they may have to sell some watered down beer if it does happen.

i was flooded once, and its not very nice, you dont just get the damage you get the smell too, which was horrendous, i was cleaning for weeks, i hope it doesnt happen again, i dredd it everytime it rains hard, i find myself looking out the window, waiting to see a river coming
